EXCURSIÓN DE UN DÍA A JEREZ

Salida a la hora indicada en su ticket. Recorrido en autobus por la carretera de la costa hacia Jerez, pasando por la ruta del Toro. llegada a la ciudad. A continuación se realizará la visita de una famosa bodega para después poder contemplar el espectáculo de arte ecuestre "Cómo Bailan los Caballos Andaluces". Almuerzo en un típico Restaurante. Visita panorámica de la ciudad y regreso a su hotel por la misma ruta.

1 DAY EXCURSION TO JEREZ

Departure from the Hotel at the foreseen time. Drive along the Coast and the "Ruta del Toro" (Route of the Bull) and on arrival to Jerez, visit of one of the world famous Sherry¬Winecellars. Afterwards, we assist to the equestrian display "The Dancing Horses of Andalusia". Lunch in a typical restaurant and return to the Costa del Sol.

1 JOUR DÉE D'EXCURSION À JEREZ

Départ à l'heure indiquée sur votre ticket. Parcours en car en direction de Jerez le long de la côte en suivant "L'itinéraire du Taureau", et visite panoramique de la ville. Ensuite, visite d'une cave renommée et puis on assistera au spectacle d'art équestre "Comment dansent les Chevaux Andalous". Déjeuner dans un restaurant typique et retour à votre hôtel par la même route.

Partenza dall'hotel per l'ora prevista e inizio percorso in autobus seguendo la strada lungo la costa percorrendo la cosidetta "Rotta del Toro". Arrivati a Jerez si procederá alla visita panoramica della cittá. A continuazione si visiterá una famosa bottega dopo della quale si assistera allo spettacolo di arte equestre intitolato "Come ballano i cavalli andalusi". Pranzo in un ristorante tipico del posto e ritorno in hotel seguendo lo stesso percorso.

Abfahrt zur angegebenen Zeit. Entlang der Kueste und ueber die "Route del Stieres" erreichen wir Jerez. Panoramafahrt durch die Stadt und anschliessend Besichtigung einer der beruehmten Sherry-Weinkellereien. Danach nehmen wir an der Vorfuehrung der tanzenden Pferde in der königlichen Hofreitschule teil (Der Tanz der andalusischen Pferde). Mittagessen in einem typischen Restaurant und Rueckfahrtan die Costa del Sol.

Las visitas y excursiones que figuran en este programa comprenden: el transporte en autocar, las entradas a monumentos y los servicios efe guia. No se incluye ninguna clase de extras. Los precios, horarios e itinerarios del programa pueden ser mortificados si las circunstancias lo imponen. Una vez iniciada la visita o excursión, todos los componentes han de someterse a la correcta disciplina del guia, quien se halla suficientemente facultado para introducir cuantas modificaciones aconsejen o impogan las circunstancias, tanto efe orden oficial o privado como por otras. El abandono o separación del grupo durante la excursión por causas no imputables a la organización, supone la pérdida de todo derecho de reclamación total o parcial a indemnización. La Agencia de Viajes hace constar que opera como intermediario entre los clientes y la compañia de transporte, restaurantes o alquiler otro prestatario. Tampoco se responzabiliza de retrasos en recogidas, pérdidas, accidentes, daños y otras irregularidades que puedan ocurrir. La inscripción a cualquiera de estas excursiones supone la conformidad y aceptación de estas condiciones. DOCUMENTACIÓN: Como el pasaporte es un documento personal, la responsabilidad de su posesión, como la de tenerlo totalmente en regla, corre de cuenta del viajero. El organizador asesorará e informará sin percepción económica ni responsabilidad de ninguna clase. Si por cualquier circunstancia totalmente ajena al Organizador, al viajero se le negase la entrada a algún país por carecer de los requisitos legales, el organizador declina toda responsabilidad, siendo por cuenta del viajero tos gastos que se originen, aplicándose en estas circunstancias las condiciones establecidas para anulaciones o desistimiento voluntario de los servicios. ANULACIONES: El desistimiento de un viaje previamente contratado ciará lugar a los siguientes gastos de anulación. Entre 10 y 15 digs antes de la salida del viaje, el 5% del importe total; entre 10 y 3 días, el 15°ó menos de 48 horas el 25%. Además de estos porcentajes, la Agencia podrá cobrar los gastos accesorios que hubiese debidamente justificados y el beneficio de la agencia legalmente autorizado. Una vez iniciados el viaje, rio será practicada devolución alguna por servicios rio utilizados. La Organización no se responsabiliza de los retrasos que puedan producirse en los servicios marítimos ni de los eventuales gastos extras, fuera de programa, organizados, por tal motivo, en cuantas excursiones se apoyen en aquel servicio. NOTA ESPECIAL: Tanto el viajero como el Organizados se someten expresamente, en caso necesario a la jurisdicción de los Tribunales de Málaga, con renuncia expresa de cualquier otro Fuero. La inscripción para tomar parte en cualquiera de los viajes contenidos en este folleto, implica por parte del viajero la total conformidad a todas y cada una de las condiciones aquí recogidas. Para la buena marcha de las excursiones rogamos a los clientes se presenten en nuestra termina o punto de partida previsto, media hora antes de la salida de cada viaje. The Company can never be made responsable for any delay in picking-up clients from the hotel or any other previously agreed meeting point. DOCUMENTATION: Since your passport ins a personal document, the responsability possesing and keeping it in order fails completely on the traveller. The company will give advice and information free of charge and whithour responsability. If for any reason completely unknown to the Company, a traveller is denied the entrance into a country due to failure to meet its legal requirements, the Company declines any and all responsability, the traveller being solely liable for any cost which may originate, and the conditions established in cases of cancelations or voluntary desistance on the part of the traveller for unused services will apply. CANCELLATIONS: The cancelling of a trip previously contracted will give rise to the following cancelation charges: Between 15 and 10 days to prior departure date, 5% of the total price between 10 and 3 days, 15% charge; less than 48 hours, 25% charge. Appart from these percentages, the agency is entitled to charge for any additional auxiliary expenses which are justified, as well as the authorized agency profit. Once the tour is initiated there will be no refunds for service not utilized. The Company is not responsable for delays that could exist in the air or ship schedules and the eventual extra costs that this could originate. SPECIAL NOTE: In the case where legal action, the travelos as well as the Company, shall submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the Malaga Courts, with the express renuntiatìon of any other privilege.
